The material seems high quality. Installation was pretty easy (once you learn a few lessons). We’ll see how it holds up in the brutal sun of my back patio!
After ordering the sample kit to see which product would work the best, I chose the product that very closely matches the window screen in the lower window. After viewing the DIY install video, I followed the dry installation procedure, which worked. The only issue I had was that the install on my house required the use of a shifting ladder, which made it a little more difficult because of having to stand on the ladder to get close enough to the window. The product does work.
What everyone says here it’s true, the first window you do is a bit tricky. Take it seriously and take your time with that first one. After that it’s smooth sailing and the product feels premium. Will see over time!
The outdoor tint looks nicer than expected. It does not impact the view from the inside which is important to me.
Reflect Defense appears to accomplish the job of protecting my artificial turf from melting. However, whatever method was used to process the product left residual stipes of adhesive that have now become a part of my windows. I'm not sure if this occurred during manufacturing, preparation for shipping, or by some other means. They are vertical and evenly spaced, leading me to believe this was caused by mechanical rollers. Although I'm not happy about this issue, the product appears to have accomplished the overall goal of protecting my turf. Shipping was fast, the product was well packaged, and application/installation was easy. I purchased the black, exterior, dry application tint.
