Shipping & Order Consolidation Policy

We’re committed to providing cost-effective shipping solutions. To achieve this, we consolidate multiple orders into a single shipment. This approach significantly reduces shipping costs. For example, if you order two 60in x 5ft items, we will combine them into one 10ft linear shipment.

Additional Information:

Dispatch Time: We’ll dispatch your consolidated order to UPS within 1-2 days, depending on our processing volume. Please note that signing for your delivery may be mandatory.

US Delivery Estimate: Shipments within the USA via USPS typically arrive in 3-5 days.

Shipping Fees: Please be aware that shipping fees are separate from the item’s price. You have the flexibility to choose the shipping option that meets your needs.

Our consolidation policy is designed to maintain lower shipping costs while ensuring timely and efficient delivery of your orders.

PO Box Shipping Policy

We do not ship to PO Boxes. All orders must include a valid physical residential or commercial delivery address. Any order submitted with a PO Box shipping address may be canceled and refunded if a valid physical address is not provided.

Signature Requirement

Orders valued greater than $50 may require a signature upon delivery. Signature confirmation is used to help protect the customer, the carrier, and Reflect Defense Window Film by confirming successful delivery of the package.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to sign for the shipment when required. If delivery is missed, the customer must coordinate directly with the carrier for redelivery or pickup.

Custom-Cut and Consolidated Orders

Many Reflect Defense Window Film products are custom-cut or prepared in specific linear-foot quantities. When multiple compatible items are ordered, they may be consolidated into a single roll or package for shipping efficiency. Consolidation does not change the total amount of material purchased; it simply allows the order to be packaged and shipped more efficiently.

For example, if you order two 60in x 5ft items, you may receive one continuous 60in x 10ft roll instead of two separate 5ft rolls.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are responsible for inspecting their shipment immediately upon delivery. Please verify that the package has not been damaged in transit and confirm that the product received matches the order before opening, cutting, modifying, or installing the film.

If there is visible shipping damage, the customer should document the condition of the package and product with clear photos before using or installing the material.

Carrier Responsibility

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing, carrier scans, delays, missed delivery attempts, and final delivery handling are controlled by the carrier. Reflect Defense Window Film will assist where appropriate, but the customer will be required to work directly with the carrier for delivery issues, missed signature attempts, or lost-package claims.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Reflect Defense Window Film is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned packages, or additional shipping charges caused by incorrect, incomplete, undeliverable, or PO Box addresses.

If a package is returned due to an invalid address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, any reshipment may require additional shipping charges.
