SHIPPING, DELIVERY & ORDER CONSOLIDATION POLICY
Effective Date: July 1st 2026
This Shipping, Delivery & Order Consolidation Policy (“Shipping Policy”) governs the processing, preparation, shipment, delivery, consolidation, failed delivery, refusal, return-to-sender, reshipment, and post-shipment cancellation of orders placed with Reflect Defense Window Film (“Reflect Defense,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
PLEASE READ THIS POLICY BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER.
By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the Shipping Policy presented or made available in connection with the transaction, together with the applicable Return & Refund Policy and other terms governing the purchase.
The version of this Shipping Policy in effect when an order is placed governs that transaction unless applicable law requires otherwise.
1. ORDER PROCESSING AND DISPATCH
Orders are generally tendered to the applicable shipping carrier within 1–2 business days, subject to order volume, product availability, customization, cutting or preparation requirements, holidays, carrier availability, and circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Processing time and carrier transit time are separate.
An order is considered shipped for purposes of this policy when the shipment has been tendered to and accepted by the applicable carrier.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot ordinarily be treated as an unshipped cancellation.
2. DELIVERY ESTIMATES ARE NOT GUARANTEED
U.S. shipments typically arrive approximately 3–5 business days after carrier acceptance, depending upon destination and service selected.
Any delivery date or timeframe displayed at checkout, contained in an order confirmation, supplied through tracking, communicated by a carrier, or otherwise provided to a customer is an estimate only unless Reflect Defense expressly guarantees a delivery date in writing.
Reflect Defense does not guarantee carrier transit times.
Weather, holidays, carrier disruptions, transportation interruptions, routing changes, address issues, delivery-access limitations, signature requirements, acts or omissions of the carrier, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.
3. SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges are separate from the merchandise purchase price unless expressly stated otherwise.
Available shipping methods and applicable customer charges are displayed during checkout.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where the applicable refund results directly from an error attributable to Reflect Defense.
Shipping charges compensate for shipment and transportation services and are not conditioned upon the customer being physically present when the carrier attempts delivery.
4. CUSTOMER’S SHIPPING-ADDRESS RESPONSIBILITY
The customer is responsible for providing a complete, accurate, valid, and deliverable physical shipping address.
The customer is responsible for verifying the shipping address before completing checkout.
Reflect Defense is not responsible for additional expenses, delays, address corrections, failed delivery attempts, or returned shipments resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, invalid, or undeliverable shipping information supplied by the customer.
If an address correction is requested after shipment, any ability to change the address is subject to carrier availability and procedures. Additional carrier charges may apply and will be the customer’s responsibility when the correction results from information originally supplied by the customer.
5. NO PO BOXES
Reflect Defense does not ship to PO Boxes.
Customers must provide a valid physical residential or commercial delivery address.
An order containing a PO Box as the shipping address may be held pending receipt of a valid physical address or canceled if a valid address is not timely supplied.
6. CUSTOMER’S DUTY TO MONITOR DELIVERY
After tracking information has been provided, the customer is responsible for reasonably monitoring the shipment.
This includes reviewing:
- carrier tracking information;
- attempted-delivery notifications;
- signature requirements;
- delivery exceptions;
- address-correction requests;
- packages held for pickup;
- redelivery instructions; and
- other carrier communications concerning completion of delivery.
Failure to monitor tracking or respond to carrier notices does not make Reflect Defense responsible for a subsequent failed delivery or return-to-sender event.
7. SIGNATURE REQUIREMENTS
Orders with a value greater than $50 may require a signature upon delivery.
Reflect Defense may require signature confirmation when reasonably appropriate based upon order value, product characteristics, delivery destination, fraud prevention, carrier requirements, or other shipping considerations.
When a signature is required, the customer is responsible for making reasonable arrangements for an authorized person to receive the shipment.
A customer’s inability or failure to be available for delivery does not obligate Reflect Defense to waive a signature requirement or provide complimentary reshipment.
8. SIGNED CARRIER RELEASES DO NOT GUARANTEE DELIVERY
A customer’s signature on a carrier notice, signature release, electronic release, delivery authorization, redelivery instruction, or other carrier document does not guarantee that the carrier will leave the package.
The carrier may determine that a shipment cannot be released because of its own policies, driver determination, package characteristics, delivery conditions, security concerns, signature requirements, or other carrier-controlled considerations.
Reflect Defense does not control and cannot override a carrier’s decision regarding whether a shipment may be released, left unattended, redirected, held, or delivered following a customer’s release authorization.
A carrier’s decision not to leave a shipment despite a customer’s signed or electronic release does not, standing alone, constitute an error, breach, or failure by Reflect Defense.
9. CARRIER-CONTROLLED DELIVERY EVENTS
After a shipment has been tendered to and accepted by the carrier, carrier-controlled matters may include:
- transportation;
- routing;
- carrier scans;
- delivery scheduling;
- delivery attempts;
- driver procedures;
- delivery-location determinations;
- package-release eligibility;
- signature procedures;
- carrier holds;
- pickup-location assignments;
- carrier delays;
- weather-related interruptions; and
- final delivery handling.
Reflect Defense does not direct or control the carrier’s day-to-day performance of these functions.
We may reasonably assist a customer in communicating with a carrier, but such assistance does not constitute an assumption of responsibility for conduct independently controlled by the carrier.
10. FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
A failed delivery does not, by itself, establish a shipping or fulfillment error by Reflect Defense.
This includes unsuccessful delivery resulting from:
- recipient unavailability;
- inability to obtain a required signature;
- failure to retrieve a package held for pickup;
- incorrect or incomplete customer-supplied address information;
- restricted, unsafe, or unavailable access to the delivery location;
- carrier refusal to honor a release authorization;
- carrier determination that the shipment cannot safely be left unattended;
- refusal of delivery by the recipient; or
- another circumstance outside Reflect Defense’s reasonable control.
Multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts do not create an obligation for Reflect Defense to provide another shipment at our expense.
11. REFUSED, UNCLAIMED AND UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
A shipment that is:
- refused;
- unclaimed;
- not retrieved from a carrier facility;
- undeliverable;
- returned after unsuccessful delivery attempts; or
- otherwise designated return-to-sender for circumstances not attributable to Reflect Defense
may be returned to Reflect Defense by the carrier.
Such a return does not automatically constitute a cancellation, merchant error, or entitlement to a full refund.
Return eligibility remains governed by the Return & Refund Policy applicable to the transaction.
12. RETURN-TO-SENDER SHIPMENTS
A return-to-sender shipment is not considered physically returned to Reflect Defense until it has actually been received by us.
We will not ordinarily issue a merchandise refund while the merchandise remains in the carrier’s possession or is still in transit back to Reflect Defense.
Upon receipt, Reflect Defense may document and inspect the returned shipment before determining refund eligibility.
Unless the return resulted directly from an error attributable to Reflect Defense, and subject to applicable law and the Return & Refund Policy:
(a) original shipping charges remain non-refundable;
(b) actual carrier charges incurred to return the shipment may be deducted from an otherwise applicable refund;
(c) applicable restocking fees may continue to apply;
(d) applicable inspection and merchandise-condition requirements remain in effect; and
(e) merchandise that was otherwise non-returnable does not become returnable merely because a carrier returned it to Reflect Defense.
13. RESHIPMENT AFTER FAILED DELIVERY
If merchandise is returned following unsuccessful delivery and the customer requests reshipment, Reflect Defense may reship eligible merchandise after the original shipment has been received and processed.
Unless the original delivery failure resulted directly from an error attributable to Reflect Defense:
THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FULL APPLICABLE RESHIPPING CHARGE.
The reshipping charge must be paid before the merchandise is shipped again.
The original shipping payment does not constitute payment for a second shipment.
If additional carrier charges were incurred in returning the original shipment, those charges may also remain the customer’s responsibility to the extent permitted by the applicable policies and law.
14. POST-SHIPMENT CANCELLATIONS
A cancellation request received after an order has been shipped does not convert the transaction into a pre-shipment cancellation.
Once a carrier has possession of the package, Reflect Defense cannot guarantee interception, recall, rerouting, or immediate return of the shipment.
If the customer requests cancellation after shipment, the shipment may be permitted to complete the carrier’s delivery or return-to-sender process.
If the merchandise subsequently returns to Reflect Defense, any refund will be determined under the Return & Refund Policy applicable to the transaction.
A post-shipment cancellation does not, by itself, entitle the customer to reimbursement of:
- original shipping charges;
- return-to-sender charges;
- carrier interception charges;
- reshipping charges;
- applicable restocking fees; or
- other amounts made non-refundable under the applicable transaction terms.
15. REFUSING DELIVERY IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR THE RETURN PROCESS
Unless Reflect Defense expressly instructs otherwise in writing, customers should not refuse delivery as a substitute for complying with the applicable Return & Refund Policy.
Refusing a shipment does not guarantee refund eligibility.
If merchandise is returned because delivery was refused, refund eligibility remains subject to the Return & Refund Policy, including any applicable restrictions involving custom-cut products, merchandise condition, return authorization, shipping deductions, or restocking fees.
16. CUSTOM-CUT AND PREPARED-TO-ORDER MATERIAL
Many Reflect Defense products are cut or prepared according to the dimensions, linear footage, quantity, or configuration selected by the customer.
Return eligibility for custom-cut or prepared-to-order merchandise is governed by the Return & Refund Policy applicable when the order is placed.
Carrier refusal, failed delivery, return-to-sender status, customer refusal of delivery, or a post-shipment cancellation request does not convert otherwise non-returnable custom-cut merchandise into returnable merchandise.
17. ORDER CONSOLIDATION
Multiple compatible quantities of the same material may be combined into one continuous roll representing the total linear footage purchased.
For example:
Two 60-inch × 5-foot quantities may be fulfilled as one continuous 60-inch × 10-foot roll.
Likewise, compatible 5-foot, 10-foot, 15-foot, 20-foot, 25-foot, or other quantities may be consolidated into a continuous roll representing the total quantity purchased.
Consolidation does not reduce the quantity purchased and does not constitute substitution of a different product.
Customers requiring separate pieces must contact Reflect Defense before ordering to determine whether separate cuts are available.
18. INSPECTION UPON DELIVERY
Customers should promptly inspect packages upon delivery and before cutting, modifying, installing, discarding, or materially altering the merchandise.
If shipping damage is alleged, customers should preserve and photograph:
- the exterior packaging;
- shipping label;
- damaged areas of the packaging;
- entire product;
- close-up images of the alleged damage; and
- any other evidence reasonably necessary to evaluate the claim.
Customers should retain the merchandise and packaging while a shipping-damage claim is being evaluated.
Cutting, installing, modifying, disposing of, or materially altering allegedly damaged merchandise before Reflect Defense or the carrier has had a reasonable opportunity to evaluate the claim may materially impair the ability to determine the existence, cause, timing, or extent of the alleged damage.
19. LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
Customers who reasonably believe a shipment has been lost or damaged while in transit should promptly contact Reflect Defense.
Reflect Defense may initiate or assist with a carrier investigation or claim.
The customer may be required to provide reasonable documentation necessary for the carrier investigation, including photographs, packaging, tracking information, declarations, or other evidence requested by the carrier.
A refund or replacement may be deferred while a legitimate carrier investigation is pending where permitted by applicable law.
20. PROMOTIONAL AND FREE SHIPPING
Reflect Defense may periodically provide free, reduced, subsidized, or promotional shipping.
Unless the applicable offer expressly provides otherwise, promotional shipping may not be combined with incompatible coupon codes, discounts, dealer pricing, wholesale pricing, sale pricing, or other promotional benefits.
Eligibility is governed by the terms disclosed for the applicable promotion.
Reflect Defense may correct an improperly applied promotional benefit before shipment, including by contacting the customer, removing an inapplicable benefit, requesting authorization for a corrected amount where necessary, or canceling and refunding the affected order.
21. “FREE SHIPPING” DOES NOT MEAN SHIPPING HAS NO COST
Reflect Defense may absorb or subsidize transportation and fulfillment expenses when promotional free or reduced shipping is offered.
Actual expenses may include:
- carrier transportation charges;
- dimensional-weight charges;
- oversized-package charges;
- residential surcharges;
- signature services;
- insurance;
- packaging;
- carrier surcharges; and
- return transportation charges.
Accordingly, the fact that a customer was not separately charged for shipping does not establish that Reflect Defense incurred no shipping expense.
Where expressly permitted by the Return & Refund Policy applicable to the transaction and applicable law, applicable actual shipping expenses may be considered when calculating a refund on a customer-caused refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or returned-to-sender order.
22. REFLECT DEFENSE SHIPPING ERRORS
If a shipping problem results directly from an error attributable to Reflect Defense—for example, shipment to an address different from the valid shipping address provided by the customer at checkout—we will take reasonable steps to correct the error.
Where appropriate, Reflect Defense will bear reasonable shipping expenses necessary to correct its own shipping error.
This section does not apply to circumstances caused by incorrect customer information or decisions independently made by a carrier.
23. EVIDENCE OF SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY EVENTS
Reflect Defense may maintain records relating to order fulfillment and shipment, including:
- order records;
- checkout information;
- customer-provided shipping information;
- carrier acceptance records;
- tracking numbers;
- carrier tracking events;
- delivery-attempt records;
- delivery confirmation;
- signature records when available;
- customer communications; and
- return-to-sender records.
These records may be used to investigate delivery issues, process returns, respond to carrier claims, and document the transaction in connection with payment disputes or other legitimate business purposes, subject to applicable law.
24. RELATIONSHIP TO RETURN & REFUND POLICY
This Shipping Policy and the applicable Return & Refund Policy should be read together.
This Shipping Policy governs shipment preparation, carrier tender, delivery, signature requirements, consolidation, failed delivery, refused shipments, return-to-sender events, reshipment, and related shipping matters.
The Return & Refund Policy governs return eligibility, return authorization, custom-cut merchandise, return periods, product condition, restocking fees, and calculation of applicable refunds.
Return of a package by a carrier does not independently create refund eligibility.
25. POLICY VERSION APPLICABLE TO THE ORDER
Reflect Defense may modify this Shipping Policy prospectively.
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, the policy presented or made available in connection with the customer’s transaction when the order is placed governs that order.
A subsequent policy modification does not retroactively change the terms governing a prior transaction merely because the updated policy appears on the website at a later date.
Reflect Defense may preserve transaction records showing the policy or terms applicable when an order was submitted.
26. NON-WAIVABLE RIGHTS
Nothing in this Shipping Policy is intended to waive, restrict, disclaim, or eliminate a consumer right, remedy, warranty, or responsibility that cannot lawfully be waived or limited.
If a provision of this policy conflicts with a non-waivable requirement of applicable law, the applicable requirement will control only to the extent of that conflict.
The remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
