We’re committed to providing cost-effective shipping solutions. To achieve this, we consolidate multiple orders into a single shipment. This approach significantly reduces shipping costs. For example, if you order two 60in x 5ft items, we will combine them into one continuous 10ft linear shipment.

Dispatch Time:
Orders are generally dispatched to the shipping carrier within 1–2 business days, depending on processing volume. Certain shipments may require a signature upon delivery.
U.S. Delivery Estimate:
Shipments within the United States typically arrive within 3–5 business days after being accepted by the carrier. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Fees:
Shipping charges are separate from the purchase price of the product unless otherwise expressly stated. Customers may select from the available shipping methods offered during checkout.

Free Shipping & Promotional Offer Policy
Reflect Defense Window Film may, from time to time, offer promotional free shipping on qualifying orders, including orders totaling $499.99 or more. Unless expressly stated otherwise by Reflect Defense Window Film in writing, free shipping promotions may not be combined with any coupon, discount code, promotional code, sale pricing, dealer pricing, wholesale pricing, or any other promotional offer.
Reflect Defense Window Film reserves the sole and absolute discretion to determine whether any promotion, discount, or shipping incentive may be combined with another offer. No promotion shall be interpreted as granting a customer the right to stack, combine, or receive multiple promotional benefits unless expressly authorized.
If a coupon code, promotional code, or discount is applied to an order, the order will generally not qualify for promotional free shipping. Likewise, orders receiving promotional free shipping are generally ineligible for additional discounts or promotional pricing. Our checkout system may automatically prevent these offers from being combined. If an order is submitted in violation of this policy, Reflect Defense Window Film reserves the right to adjust pricing, remove promotional benefits, cancel the order, or issue a refund prior to shipment.
Reflect Defense Window Film substantially subsidizes shipping costs on behalf of its customers. Actual shipping expenses—including packaging materials, oversized parcel fees, dimensional-weight charges, carrier surcharges, insurance, handling, and other transportation costs—often exceed the shipping amount charged or waived during checkout. Accordingly, all free shipping offers and discounted shipping rates are promotional in nature and are provided solely at Reflect Defense Window Film’s discretion.
Reflect Defense Window Film reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to approve, deny, modify, revoke, suspend, or discontinue any promotional pricing, coupon, discount, or free shipping offer at any time prior to shipment when an order does not comply with the applicable promotional terms or when multiple promotional offers have been combined contrary to this policy.
PO Box Shipping Policy
We do not ship to PO Boxes. All orders must include a valid physical residential or commercial delivery address. Orders submitted with a PO Box shipping address may be canceled and refunded if a valid physical address is not provided.
Signature Requirement
Orders valued greater than $50 may require a signature upon delivery. Signature confirmation is used to help protect the customer, the carrier, and Reflect Defense Window Film by confirming successful delivery of the shipment.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that an authorized individual is available to sign for the shipment when required. If delivery is missed, the customer must coordinate directly with the carrier regarding redelivery or pickup.
Custom-Cut and Consolidated Orders
Many Reflect Defense Window Film products are custom-cut or prepared in specific linear-foot quantities. When multiple compatible items are ordered, they may be consolidated into a single continuous roll or package for shipping efficiency. Consolidation does not alter the total quantity of material purchased; it simply allows the order to be packaged and shipped more efficiently.
For example, if you order two 60in x 5ft items, you may receive one continuous 60in x 10ft roll instead of two separate 5ft rolls.
Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers are responsible for inspecting their shipment immediately upon delivery. Please verify that the packaging has not been damaged during transit and confirm that the product received matches the order before opening, cutting, modifying, or installing the material.
If visible shipping damage exists, customers should thoroughly document the condition of both the packaging and the product with clear photographs prior to using or installing the material.
Failure to inspect the shipment prior to cutting, modifying, or installing the material may limit Reflect Defense Window Film’s ability to evaluate shipping-related damage claims.
Carrier Responsibility
Once an order has been tendered to the shipping carrier, all delivery timing, carrier scans, transit delays, delivery attempts, routing, and final delivery handling are under the control of the carrier.
Reflect Defense Window Film will assist customers, where appropriate, in communicating with the carrier; however, customers remain responsible for working directly with the carrier regarding delivery delays, missed delivery attempts, signature requirements, rerouting requests, or lost-package claims.
Reflect Defense Window Film shall not be liable for delays or carrier service interruptions occurring after the shipment has been accepted by the carrier.
Address Accuracy
Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address at checkout.
Reflect Defense Window Film is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned shipments, additional shipping charges, or losses resulting from incorrect, incomplete, undeliverable, or PO Box addresses supplied by the customer.
If a shipment is returned because of an invalid address, refused delivery, failed delivery attempts, or any circumstance outside Reflect Defense Window Film’s control, any reshipment shall be subject to additional shipping charges, which are the responsibility of the customer.
