Refunds and Exchanges of Pre-Cut Kits
Pre-Cut Kits are customized per order, therefore, reflectdefensewindowfilm.com cannot provide refunds or exchanges. Additionally, reflectdefensewindowfilm.com cannot be responsible for orders placed incorrectly or inaccurately by the customer.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
General In-Stock Goods: Reflect Defense Window Film acknowledges the right of consumers to return new, unused, and resalable items in their original packaging within 15 days of delivery, subject to Idaho's consumer protection laws. If a product is received in a damaged or unacceptable state, we retain the discretion to refuse a return, notifying you and declining delivery.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method minus shipping costs, which remain non-refundable. Should the return be due to our error, all shipping costs will be covered by us. For returns not due to our error, a 25% restocking fee applies, which may be waived for exchanges of equal or greater value. To initiate a return or exchange, an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number must be obtained through our online process. Custom Cut 1 ft Increments, On Sale Items, and Non-Refundable Policy
Custom Cut Orders: All custom cut orders, including pre-cut kits and film cut to customer specifications, are non-refundable. These products are made-to-order and cannot be resold. By placing a custom order, you acknowledge that the product is non-returnable and non-refundable.
Responsibility for Inspection: Upon receiving your order, you are responsible for inspecting the product for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. Each roll of film is protected by a transparent plastic barrier to prevent damage. You must notify us of any damage before removing this protective seal.
Damaged Product Claims: If you identify damage to the product before opening the plastic barrier, you must inform us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and replace the damaged product if necessary. However, once the plastic seal is broken, you assume responsibility for the condition of the film. No refunds or replacements will be provided for damage reported after the seal is removed.
Normal Wear and Tear: Please note that minor damage, such as edge damage less than 1 inch in diameter or damage less than 12 inches from the beginning or end of the roll, is considered normal wear and tear from the shipping process. Such minor damage does not qualify for refund or replacement.
Installation and Use: Window film products require proper installation. By breaking the plastic seal and proceeding with installation, you acknowledge that the product is in acceptable condition. Any issues that arise after installation, including but not limited to damage, improper fit, or dissatisfaction with the product, are not eligible for refund or return.

By breaking the seal, you assume full responsibility for the product's condition and its proper installation.
